What is a good budget MB for P4? (Not ECS)

I am building a system for a relative, no OC'ing needed just good ole stability. Going to use a P4 1.6a. I'm looking for a i845d xhipset, (already have the DDR.) Thaks for any help.
 
DFI and FIC make well priced, very stable boards. Gigabyte does too, but their DDR board has a lot of options that just won't be needed for your setup. Few relatives need RAID.
 
How about MSi 645 Ultra? I know it's not 845D but, It's cheaper than ECS' SiS 645 board even (645 Ultra is $73 at Newegg). if you still want 845D then go for Asus P4B266-C at $115, or one of Intel's 845-D boards which are around $100 as well. Good luck!
