What is a good alternative to powercinema?

Power cinema 3 doesnt work with vista not that it worked all that well with windows XP, but anyway I need alternative besides getting version 5 which is $100 any ideas? Its for my ATI 550pro tv tuner card (powercolor PCI-e)

To answer my own question after using our friend google I came accross GB-PVR seems like a winner and its free to boot.
