What is a good $40 powersupply?

I plan to be buying a Lian Li pc7 aluminum case. I keep hearing its a reall nice case, and I love the aesthetics, plus I dont really want to spend more than 80 bucks on a case. So my main question is, whats a nice stable, quiet powersupply, that has plent of fany connectors? I plan to modify the case a bit and add at least 2 additional fans to the 3 stock fans it comes with. And my future plans are to built an athlon64 in the case. So I need a powersupply that can run an old athlonxp 1 ghz, and will still be able to handle the 64.
Does such a powersupply exist? and dual fan at that?

I dont know about American Prices but Id guess that the Thermaltake PSU's would come close to that price.

High quality and pretty cheap. My 430W Purepower is working like a champion.

I recommend the Fortron 350 w/120mm fan @ newegg. It's $42 after shipping, but they're very quiet and reliable units. Did I mention they're cheap? They also have a 300w for $32 shipped.
