What is a Comfortable CPU Temp for a NW?!?

I have a 1.8a NW @ 2.016GHz. It is running on stock Cooling, and AS3. My temps from the BIOS is: (43C/104F). Is this good/bad/so-so? What is considered a good Temp? What do you feel most comfortable with? Should I revert to a 3rd party cooling solution?

That's a comfortable temp. Don't worry about it.

The retail Pentium 4 cooler is actually very good and far better than what most people give it credit for.
