What is a CMOS Checksum error?

It usually results from incorrectly configured CMOS settings, reboot if you get it again, go into the bios, restore to defaults and clear everything. If you get that again, reflash the BIOS. But yeah I've gotten this error before, right after I flashed my BIOS, set up my custom settings and the error went away.
