What is a CHEAP video card that handles overclocked agp bus well???

Hi,

I'm looking for a very cheap video card that is supported in linux and windows and has good 2d but 3d is not a requirement. I'm talking about a used card that can be had for $10-25. I need something that will withstand an overclocked agp bus, or pci bus if the recommendation is a pci video card. How high can these agp/pci video cards usually handle? Thanks.
 
I never had a problem running old voodoo 3/4 cards on overclocked buses. Should be cheap now if you can find one.
 
Any old voodoo cards or Geforce 2 MX cards will work fine. You can o/c the AGP bus pretty far and they won't hiccup.
