What is a "Blind User" in the context of SPYBOT Installation???

This is one of the custom installation options. Also, why would anyone want multiple languages in their install... Seems like silly icing on the cake???
 
Blind people use computers too. Plus, the native language of spybot is english, so if you speak a different language, or other people who operate the computer do, you probably want multiple languages.
 
I assume it makes the program's layout more friendly for the screen reading software blind people use. My wife's blind but she doesn't deal with spyware removal (that's my job), so I can't say for sure.
