nero, fireburner will burn it, though you will more then liely need the cue sheet that goes with it.

yup, a .bin is part of a cd image. You also need the .cue that goes with it it. In Nero, go to file, burn image, then choose the .cue.

.bin is a binary file. It could be anything, not just an image file.

Just get winiso and you can see what is in it. It can even convert it to an .iso file which doesn't need a .cue file.

There is also a utility that will generate a cue file for you as long as you have the bin file. Forget what its called.
