what is a best fan for my Celeron 566

hey, whats up all. as of right now i got a poopy radioshack fan, and my computer is running at over 60C, and i know it WAAAAAYYYYYY too hot. i'm wonderig what is the best fan setup i can buy for my Celly 566 to keep it cool. what do u guys think?
 
There must be something else wrong. Over 60C is too hot for a Celeron. My 566 is overclocked with the retail HSF, and the temperature is 33C.
 
just ordered a golden orb with some sort of thermal grease already appplied to it....should i remove it and apply some other sort of compound?
