I know it has something to do with the way that your system accesses RAM, but what exactly does it do? Also, I'm under the impression that you have to have to sticks of identical size in order for it to work; is this right? I have an Asus A7V133 and I'm pretty sure that it's capable of 4 way interleaving, but I didn't see a setting for it in the BIOS. Do you have to enable it or is it automatic?
