4chan versus PETA for me; with 4chan's love for all things Caturday and the recent re-confirmation that PETA is wacked out I could see 4chan making it their personal mission to destroy the organization. The very public outrage of PETA would probably make for amazing entertainment.

Take that source with a grain of salt, since they're definitely not unbiased. However, this is consistent with reporting on PETA for the last ten or so years, so I don't find it out of the realm of possibility.
