dvi>hdmi (monitor only has hdmi and vga input), and dvi>dvi for the second one. my other comp still uses a CRT, so DVI>VGA on that one.

HDMI, my monitor has an attached sound bar. So I can use a single HDMI cable to carry both the Video & Audio to the moitor & soundbar.

I have a 4-port KVM, so I actually use a number of things. miniDP on my MacBook Pro, HDMI on my Xbox 360, and DVI on my two PCs. The KVM itself only supports DVI-D, so it all gets converted to DVI before it hits the KVM.

If the results stay this way the most surprising result would be that VGA beats DP - only reason I see would be people with old CRTs?

DVI for the two main 26" LCDs (on seperate computers), and HDMI for the HTPC, and VGA to one of the 26" LCDs for test/debug/install purposes.

DVI, my notebook and my HP LP2475w LCD both have DisplayPort, but nearly all of the video cards I see feature only DVI and to a lesser extent, HDMI.

Not sure what the advantages of using DisplayPort over DVI would be if I purchased a graphics card with it when I finally upgrade....

DVI for me. I've been dying to try the slim/easy to plug Displayport on my Dell 2709W, but unfortunately Nvidia in its cost-saving wisdom did not put DP on any of its current cards. If I wasn't so darned happy with my GTX 460, I'd be inclined to try a 5850 just for the displayport, even though I know that ultimately the picture would be the same.
