I think ING savings accounts offer 3%. Really though if you want a higher percent return on your money you shouldn't be looking at savings accounts. You will be barely keeping up with inflation. I suggest you look into some mutual funds or maybe bonds.

Looks sleazy to me. eTrade has a straightforward new-account bonus not a scam teaser rate.
