What information is stored on a ID/ credit / debit card? When it gets swiped, what is everything that is on that chip?
If i were to get a POS (point of sale) touchscreen checkout with a credit / ID swipe., would I be able to access all of the information, or what do I need to access all the info on the card?
Where can I get some "blank" credit / ID cards to make my own and what do I need to be able to "write" to the card?

This is for educational/testing purposes only and would only be using my CC/ID, just in case you are wondering.

Basically, anything that's printed on the front of the card is virtually guaranteed to be on the magstripe.

If you can borrow a magstripe reader from a point of sale machine, most of 'em plug into a PS/2 keyboard port. Open up notepad and swipe your card.
