What in the world kind of package would i get from General Motors?

Got a notice in my mailbox from the USPS that they attempted to deliver a package from General Motors....

Any idea what general motors would send out?

Or maybe it's just in a GM box and the postman just decided that it was from there, when it was from someone else...
