I'm just wondering about how history would be dramatically different if a few events turned out as failures. I think we should always look at what our politicians are doing in the present day, and if there is a wreckless agenda going on, we must speak up.

all politicians have an agenda, I guess you would have to define wreckless. Our country is based on a series of checks and balances that prohibits one or two rogue politicians from corrupting it.
