What if the world is flat?

I'd commence study of the mind-control devices necessary to deceive so many people into not just believing, but PROVING it was round, and from that I'd track down the giant global conspiracy that keeps us as slaves, and start a revolution that frees earth!

i think he means what if the world was proven to be flat, and not round in the 1st place?
 
Centuries ago, scientists told us that the earth was flat

now they tell us the world is round
