Well I was very excited about winning something, but the place I won it from did not give me an explaination and just refunded my money.
Last time I checked, an ebay auction is a binding contract. If I didn't pay, I could get in trouble, by getting a non paying bidder warning or whatever. Can they get a warning for not supplying the product? Anything besides just giving bad feedback?
If not, that's just a ridiculous double standard IMO... complete bullcrap.
