What IDE cable comes with a Cendyne 24x drive? 40 wire or 80 wire?

Hi,

I'm about to sell a 24x Cendyne drive and I'm getting all of the original contents together. I'm wondering what IDE cable came with the drive originally. Is it a 40 pin, 40 wire ATA33 type cable or a 40 pin, 80 wire ATA66/100/133 type cable?

TIA,

Sal

I would personally guess 40-wire cable.

Simply due to the fact that I've yet to see either of the following:

1: ATA/66 or ATA/100 CD-ROM (kind of pointless having up to 100 MB burst-writes, if you have to spin up the silly thing first)
2: ANY CD-ROM with an 80-wire cable.

Even my 52x CD-ROMs and DVD-ROM's have come with 40-wire cables.

So - that should help I hope :).

Thanks for the replies..

I don't want to jip anybody out of the correct 80 wire cable, but don't want to give away my spare 80 wire either because it appears that I only have this one. Guess I'll be calling Cendyne to see what came in the box. ;)
