1. Booming economy
2. Iraqi elections
3. Tax Reform
4. Lower taxes
5. Increased Home Ownership
6. Tort Reform
7. Small Business and Job Growth
8. More Republicans in Congress

A little optimism in morning. The radicals here cheer for things to go bad. I always cheer for things to go well in America no matter who's in office.

Thanks for the parody thread. One thread with this title is enough.

You think all of this will happen in spite of the Dub being the President? Good for you!

What I expect to see:
1) Middling economy
2) Iraq collapse.
3) Tax cuts made permanent
4) Higher interest rates and huge debt
5) Home ownership levels off due to increased interest rates followed by a real estate price collapse.
6) Talk about tort reform
7) Talk about small business and job growth
8) Status quo in Congress.
9) Increase in global discontent.
10) Increase in terrorism worldwide
11) Increase in proliferation of nuclear weapons
12) Thousands more dead in Iraq, some us, some them.
13) Global realignment of alliances with the idea that the US is unreliable and unstable.
14) Prices for energy and raw materials throught the roof causing serious inflation.

Way to be optimistic. I think on a whole, libs are more cynical and pessimistic.

I'm fully expecting that Dubya will do his best to fullfill Bin Lauden's request that he bankrupt the nation.
He's way past halfway there, and begging to the key to the remaining monies that fuel our economy.

If I could just get rid of the rest of those pesky taxes and let the Carlyle Group and Halliburton take the rest
of their entitled corporate welfare, we wouldn't have any of this cash and finance crap left to deal with.

First, I am not a "lib" nor a "con".

I did not believe we would see flowers thrown at us in Iraq. I expected RPGs and I was right. There are many times I wish I was wrong. I wish I was wrong about the Iraq war since it began. I was not. I wish I was wrong about the whole thing. I was not.

The title of the thread is what he EXPECTS to see. This is what I EXPECT to see, not what I want. Sorry, but when asked a question like this, the rose colored glasses come off.

Hopefully you're right :) Socially I prefer the democrats, but economically I prefer the repubs. Gimme a tax-slashing pro-gay marriage candidate and i'll vote for him when I'm eligible in 2012 ;)

Actually I prefer the Fiscally Conservative Republicans. Unfortunately they aren't in power at this time.
