What I am doing wrong... Can not sign in to Dell's standard support...?

You know, go to Dell.com, then go to support option, it gets you to this screen I have been trying to select support by "choose product/system type" option, but it doesnt do anything... Does it work for you? I am trying to get some additional information in regards to Dell Optiplex GX1, but I can get past this damm first page..? Wierd.

Worked fine for me, selected the GX1 then clicked on the thing underneath it

weird, i will give it a try from linux... It should work just fine from it.... ;-)
