What HSF for my Duron?

I don't want a fan like delta, heard it was wayyy too loud. I was looking at the coolers form 2cooltek.com and I found two I may get:
GlobalWin FOP32-1 ($20)
or
Alpha PAL6035 Kit (Includes fan and thermal compound)($28)

I want to get thermal pad/compound with it to save on cost. Which one would perform better, and be easier to install? Thanks for the input, I will be using it on a MSI K7T pro2a with a 600 duron, trying for the highest OC possible, Thanks....

I'd go with the alpha, but I'm not sure if it would fit on your board. Anyone know?

I would get the alpha. I'm running it on my T-Bird 800MHz; but, it barely fits in my mid-ATX case under/next to my Power Supply. Go to 3dfxcool for photo's of the alpha and if it should fit or not!

Go with the alpha, and yes it will fit. It is a standard square size and should fit on any socket-a motherboard.
