What HSF comes on a retail Duron 750?

Just a simple question. I have this chip and i was wondering the quality of the HSF. How good is it for overclocking to say 1 ghz? How about if i put a better fan on it? How far should I try to take this chip with the default HSF?
 
I have a retail duron 800 and I tried overclocking it to a ghz, no go. I suggest you get a better hsf. Fop38/32/alpha pal, or the new wbk or whatever its called.
