What HSF and power supplies are you using?

I was getting ~57-60C idle on my Athlon MP 2800+ (using stock HSF and Thermal pad).
the System temp was ~39C.
oh.. and I have a generic psu.

So i decided to get some Arctic silver 3, and my cpu temp is now ~50-54C idle, (system temp is about the same as before).

Now, even though it's running a little cooler, it's nowhere near the 42-44C idle temps that are reported around this forum. So i was wondering what HSF's and powersupplies people are using.

I might get an Antec true 480 to see if things get cooler, (since the psu that came with my case seems to emit a lot of heat).

i have a vantec aeroflow on 2100+ OCed at 2.2ghz. temp is around 43cidle and 48c-49c underload. my psu is 300w antec smartpower. o ya, and i use as3
