What HS/fan combo for xp 2100+? Please suggest.

Because of all your help, I'm leaning towards the EPOX 8RDA+, xp 2100+ "B" everyone is talking so highly about, and 9700 (non-pro).
So here is my question. I will obviously need a HS/fan and have NO clue which to get. NONE
I DO NOT anticipate significantly overclocking so no fancy or expensive stuff please. I need:

-EASY to install (similar to retail if possible because I aren't that smrt when it comes to this kind of thing)
-cheap <$15 or $20
-quiet (near retail)
-better cooling than the retail HS/fan (I assume that this includes most of them)
Does this exist?
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS because I'm all ready to order. If a couple of you can agree then I'm all over it.

For that cheap, I'd say go with a Thermalright SK-6+ with your choice of fan.
But for $30, I say go with a Vantec Aeroflow.

On another forum I received 2 recommendations for an $8 Spire which I'm told is sold at newegg, is very quiet and works well. Any opinions...all are welcome and thanks again!!!

Maybe I'll get scoffed at, but I've found the Thermaltake Volcano 9 to be pretty effective with these CPU's. I like mine .

Probably the best choice for your system would be ThermalRight SK-7 $ 19.99,
topped off with the Y.S. Tech Adjustabe Fan
I went through about $ 100 in fans before settling on that fan.

Lets you control your world in flow volume and sound. You get tired of loud fans real fast.
