I am using a pair of Alpha 6035's with the 27cfm YS Tech dual-ball-bearing fans. I had to tilt the capacitors away from the CPU sockets just a little, or I could have filed down the sides of the heatsinks just a touch. Motherboard Monitor is reporting CPU temperatures of 35C on both CPUs at the moment, which seems very good to me; they're Cel400's at 552MHz. The CPUs are lapped and the case has a lot of airflow, but this is still about all I can get out of the 'weaker' CPU.

If you don't have the CPUs already, you might also consider getting a single Celeron2 and overclocking it. My BP6 is at the 92MHz FSB setting, which is the lowest setting to allow the 2/3 AGP and 1/3 PCI bus speeds. This might vary with the BIOS revision. A Cel2 600 would be at 840MHz at the 92MHz FSB and it wouldn't have to fight another CPU for memory bandwidth. You coudl probably get closer to 950MHz out of it, especially if you get a guaranteed overclocker from compuwhiz1. And you'd only need one heatsink. ;) Just my 2c worth. You might need a PowerLeap adapter too, I'll check into that.

You might want to put some thermal paste between the north bridge and its heatsink too, if you haven't already.

I have 2 cellys, both do 550 at 2.05v NP, But I want better cooling and HS/F's that won't need to be modded to fit on the MoBo. Any ideas?

The Alpha 6035's will fit, and a less-expensive alternative would be the GlobalWin FOP32-1. I checked at bp6.com, people are saying it fits the BP6. FOP32-1 at Plycon. If noise is not an issue they do have it with the infamous Delta extra-high-output fan too.

I used the FOP32s on mine. Golden orbs can be modded very easily to clear the capacitors.
