I thougth the name was Judgement Night but cant find it online. From early 80s.

Quick story:
Two guys in Mexico go to a castle and everyone is nice. Turns out it is some kind of satanic place with a demon that has a third hand in the center of his chest that he kills people with. The castle only appears once a year and one of the guys gets out and the other gets stuck and it disappears. The one that got out waits and returns a year later to find his friend has become the demon.

Anybody?

Found this via google newsgroups:

JUDGEMENT DAY - Two travelers stop over in a small village named Santana.
Unbeknownst to them, Santana is a village where, once a year, Satan comes to
Earth to claim souls, and they just happened to enter the village on that
day.

Thanks to everyone especially AU Tiger and dfox227. I knew I wasn't crazy when I thought it was judgement something I just had night instead of day.

It is just great to have a place where I can count on getting an answer thanks again.

Sounds like The Eagles' Hotel California.
