what heatsink to use?

I have an Asus P4P800 and P4C 2.6

What is the best/most recommended/best cooling heatsink I can put on this mobo (that will actually fit)? And what fan should I add with it for the best air cooling solution. Again that will fit.

Also would it require me to remove the Mobo and remove the stock HSF guide?
