What heat sink/fan combo should I get?

Hi, I'm looking to conservatively overclock an Athlon 1600XP on an Asus A7V266-E. What's the best heat sink/fan combo in terms of performance without being too loud in the $50 or less range? I was thinking Thermalright SK-6, but I was told it was probably much louder than I wanted. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.

What chu talkin' bout Willis? the SK6 is not loud, and it is a damn fine piece of cooling equipment. If you don't mind removing your motherboard, check out the Alpha Pal8045.

I would recommend getting the Thermalright SK-6 with 60-80mm adapter, then use a Delta 80mm 68CFM fan. This produces less noise than the 60mm fans and it produces 2x more cfm and cooling needs.

The Alpha8045 is nice because you can use a fan with higher airflow and still maintain a reasonable noise level since it uses 80mm fans. The SK6 is also nice. I purchased an OCZ gladiator myself. It's only about $20 with a fan, and I don't really feel like spending an arm and a leg on some cooling. I have heard good things about the Thermaltake 60x60x25 5000RPM fan. I am going to get one of those and slap it in here in the not too distant future.
