What HD video cards are compatible with the Dell OptiPlex GX520?

I need help finding a good HD video card for a Dell OptiPlex GX520.

you are going to have to give way more info than that. is this a regular pc as i see what looks like 3 different sizes they come in. plus from my quick searching these look to be horribly outdated comps.

either go back to dell.com and post your current system specifications or use a program like CPU-Z to get your computer specs and post them...

There is a lot of info needed...

Type/speed of cpu
amount/speed of ram
slots available on motherboard
size in watts of power supply
size/resolution of current monitor
types of games you intend to play...

Without more information, I am going to recommend the new GTX 750 or GTX 750Ti cards. They are incredibly efficient and will run off the stock Dell power supply. They are the best performing cards without needing additional power plugs which your Dell PSU are not going to have.

CNET shows thes specs for an OptiPlex GX520 with a Celeron D 326 2.53 GHz, 512 MB DDR2 RAM and an 80 GB SATA 1 hard drive. The puny 230 watt PSU will be another limitation on any video card you might want to add.

Even assuming you have a version with a stronger CPU, a bigger hard drive and as much RAM as the machine will take, trying to upgrade this machine for HD video would probably cost you more than buying another machine, and no matter how much you try to upgrade this one, it can only disappoint you.
