This is going to lack detail because I didn't pay much attention to my wife.

My wife was reading the legal ads a couple of weeks ago for the tax sales. She mentioned to me that there was a 1968 Ferrari in the Sherrif's sale the following Tuesday and I should go and I responded that it would go for way too much money.

Today she was at the Sheriff's office to have them execute a judgement. Apparently she was talking to a friend of ours that runs the sales and he said "you should have been here Tuesday that Ferrari went for $1000 dolars"

:shocked: A fvcking $1000. Holy sh!t. I don't have any idea which of the few models it was but apparently it was low miles, flawless, and shook the windows of the court house when they fired it up. To add to that apparently the guy that got the car only had $7500 to cover what he might buy and I would have had quite a bit more.

God I hope it wasn't a Dino.

I know there will be some shens callers so I will try and get the info on the car and update this Monday.
 
I basically get screwed over when it comes to females. That in itself is reason enough for me to want to kickself in the ass.

My wife wanted me to go to OTB and put a few dollars on Giacomo for the Kentucky Derby. I didn't feel like wasting $10 or $20 on a long bet. 50:1 payout would have netted $500 or $1000.
Course had I betted Giacomo would have probably lost. 😛
 
this one guy.... i let him too far into my head/heart. i kick myself in the ass for ever allowing it to happen because i am still paying for it.
 
I too missed out on a dream car, my Grandfather's '57 Chevy for $100 when he died.

In 1972 I was 15 and when I was asked if I wanted it I asked my dad what kinda car it was and he said it was some old car that probably wasn't worth anything. So, I passed on it, but after I found out what it was, it was already in open bidding and I had to drop out at $1500.

It had 19K mi. on it. :frown:

It's not that I lack mojo, it's that I lack good taste, or something like that. Honestly, I think I can only like girls that I shouldn't like.
