What has more features?

I'm guessing about the same since they are both using the nforce4-SLI chipset. I can't speak for the DFI because I don't have one. But the Asus takes full advantage of all the features of the chipset

AFAIK the DFI is an overall better overclocker and it has the Karagan audio module which is suppose to help reduce the CPU hit due to onboard audio. Everything else should be roughly the same. Asus is easier to use since they don't use jumpers for most of their motherboard features and it comes with a few extra software apps.
 
Yeah I love how everybody loves to bash the Asus as a terrible overclocker
It doesn't have the insane voltages that the DFI does but it still overclocks pretty good🙂

dfi has the better audio with the karojen or whatever its called but of note is only 2 pci slots and the lack of a parrallell(or are they called serial?) printer port if those are important to you.

 
Get the ASUS man. Hell, DFI can't even proof read the back of their box. There are some blatant typos on the back that I saw today while holding one at the local shop. They may overclock like a maniac, but I'd get the ASUS.

Well, it was fashionable to bash Asus A8N for it's flaws. However, I have the board and while I would love it to fix the timing issues at 1T, and for a better northbridge fan, I can live with those issues. It's certainly been very stable for me with only some minor issues.

They both have very similar feature sets (being as how they use the same chipset). If you plan to use any of the VX ram that runs best at 3.5v+, the DFI will allow you to accomplish this easier than the Asus.

But you can't go wrong with either one. Those are the best 2 NF4 mobos.
