What has been happening with ram prices lately?

I need to buy either 2x512 sodimms of pc3200 or 2x1024 sodimms of pc3200 for my new laptop. What have DDR laptop memory chips been doing as of late? Should I buy the memory right now, or has it been coming down lately?
