What hardware are you looking forward to Q1 '04

After you open all those gifts from the holidays and settle down to play whatever crappy game your Aunt got you, you know the one's from the bargin bin at the discount stores, just to see how many FPS your copmuter can pound out. With visions of Doom III and HL2 dancing in your head, what will you be waiting on in the gaming hardware world? Okay maybe the crappy games are just my experiences, but I know it happens. I was just wondering what are some of the more anticipated product launchs from the big and even not so big companies.

CPUs, GPUs, Chipsets, Mem, what will your dream system consist of then?
 
Athlon FX 939
cheaper FX motherboards (since they will used fewer layers)
Raptor 74
3rd party Nforce soundcard with Audigy 2 level analog output
Video card that is truly better than 9700pro and 9500pro
 
The hardware I'm looking forward to in Q1-04 are the announcements they make for Q1-05 since I won't be doing any upgrades until then likely.

A nVidia card that's significantly faster than a 9800XT, especially for FP24 shaders / DX9. I might have to wait until Q4 '04 though.
 
I'm trying to hold off on my upgrades till q1 04. My 1.8a rig is getting tired and with dx9 titles popping up now and more on the way my 4400ti is wearing thin. Don't get me wrong it's still fast, but you have to OC the hell out of it and can't run any FA and minimal AA. So I'm trying to hold off, waiting for the next big thing. would not mind the new AMD FX's and a NV420.
