what hard drive error is this?

I've got a WD3200JD hard drive in my system that has this error next to it in the disk management section of the administrative tools section of the control panel:

Disk2: Online (Errors) - and then further to the right it says this: Healthy (At Risk)

Anyone know what this might mean? In the smart settings of speedfan it says the drive is fine, i have no indications the drive is failing other than that 'thing' in storage management.

Found this:

Healthy (At Risk)

The Healthy (At Risk) status occurs when a dynamic volume is experiencing I/O errors caused by bad sectors on the physical disk. The disk remaps the bad sectors by using sectors reserved exclusively for remapping. If the errors are transient, you can use the Reactivate Disk command in Disk Management to return the volume to the Healthy status. If the At Risk status persists, your disk might be failing. Back up the data and replace the disk as soon as possible.

Edit: If I were you I'd heed their advice and start backing up anything on that disk you want to save. It could be nothing, but it sounds like the drive is failing. After backing up the drive a surface scan would be a good idea.
