When i turn on my PC, It is so slow for the OP to start and i can't login it anymore, waht should i do with this issue?

Why can't you login? Is it because the computer never gets to the login screen? If so, maybe you could try holding/pressing F8 on the startup of your computer and see if you can boot into safe mode.
 
I was recently having a slow boot on my pc. It would show the initial bios info but I noticed the drive info was blank. Changed out a bad SATA cable and its running smooth again.
 
Specs of the system? Anything changed? Has this been a gradual slowdown or all at once? Typically slowdown can come from any number of things from hard drive in pio mode to not enough system resources etc. Please give us a little more info and we'll see what we can do to help
