What happens when you get positive $ on your Credit Card?

I have -$345 on my CC bill, but I think I'm getting a $745 credit back to my CC from Dell. So I will have +$400 on my CC bill, can I take that out and use it? Or does it sit there until I use my CC up?

Your CC company is sending YOU money? Wooooow....take a picture of it, please. I doubt that will ever happen to me and a picture is probably about as close as I'll ever get.

They owe you. You can charge up more $ on it to offset or request a check.
