I overnighted something through UPS on the 23rd to try and get it there by the 24th (UPS guy said it should've arrived by 10:30am that day), but my recipient said never arrived. I'm guessing it should come by tomorrow, I hope.
This is from Northern California down to Santa Barbara, so there weren't any weather problems to stop it..so is there anything that can be done about it?

What does that mean? How do they know the receiver is on a holiday? She was home that day..
