What happens to fedex/ups when they get a ticket?

I agree, that's ridiculous. They made a global agreement with an individual (company) that their punishment will always be less than the regular punishment. Like a perpetual plea bargain.

If I were Fed Ex, UPS, etc I would have just fought the tickets until NYC went out of business.

so true...especially if they looked at the time the ticket lady spends writing the ticket, the paper etc used for the tickets...Not to mention they could be writing parking tickets for other people during that time instead.
