What happens if you set SETIQ to connect all the time?

Say set the connection time from 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m., will it them automatically connect any time a result is returned during those 23 hours?

From what I've seen, it does do that (ie., almost like a pass-through between that range). I may be wrong, but I've had some results that have uploaded to my queue during various times within that 1 hour period, but still showed up at SETI as having uploaded at the time and day they acutally connected to the queue and not the next day.

[EDIT: Actually read the times your citing - yes - it'll be like a pass-through, but regarding what I mentioned, a similar thing goes on, but during a smaller time range]

IIRC, there's a way to just set it for pass-through operation (it won't hold the results), without having to set a time range. I think it's one of the "override" settings.

mine is set to 0:01~12:00 down for 1 minute a day.
Poof...... the pass through is for wu's that did not come from the Q originally (the first time a new client connects to the Q)
