I had a problem with SP1 for Windows 7 X64 and video card drivers. I reinstalled Windows 7 and excluded the SP1 and did all other important updates. Everything si working fine now without SP1.

Questions please.
Do you need SP1 going forward - will you still get future important updates if you do not have SP1, or would Windows 7 need to be with SP1 to get important updates going forward?
If my problem is widespread, will the future SP1 download include fixes, so it will be safe to use it later, or will it be the same file and there will just be additional updates to fix its problems?

Most likely you will be unable to install any updates going forward without SP1. But SP1 changed nothing on my system as far as stability, so I don't see why you wouldn't install it.

If your problem is widespread, a future version of the video driver (most likely) or a post-SP1 patch will address the issue.

Microsoft supports an old service pack (or in this case RTM) for 2 years after a newer service pack's release. So you'll continue to receive security updates until February of 2013.

As for your issue, SP1 will not be changed. As MrChad notes, if your issue is fixed it will be by the driver's manufacturer, or in a Windows patch released after SP1.
