What happens if USPS lost a DVD rental from Walmart.com?

I sent it back 9 days ago and it still hasnt arrived... Gonna call Walmart tomm.....

Who usually takes the fall?

USPS, you dont have anything to worry about, they can track the package

I'd imagine it's like netflix...if it's lost, you report it lost and you don't get charged...but if you start doing it a lot...

I did that with beta blockbuster, because I shipped the DVD out and they never received it.

The cost is factored in I believe, with a certain probablity of lost shipment.

Didn't know walmart does that too though.
