I haven't been here in a while.
It must have been 15 years ago, there was a user who had a modified older Mustang (60s-80s). It was stolen and then he eventually found a listing for a specific part from his car, which I believe he traced back to the manufacturer and had proof it was his. I vaguely recall he tried to or considered setting up a sting with police support pretending to be a buyer of this part. What actually came of this whole situation? Did he ever get his parts/car back?
