What Happened to the Rules Thread in FS/FT Forum??

The Trading rules thread in FS/FT Forum seems to be missing. Does that mean there are no more rules (three cheers for anarchy!!!)?🙂
 
I think it has more to do with the number of days active threads you have selected to view in customize. If you are set for 17 days then the stickied posts would expire after that time and the mods just have to refresh the post to make it current to view?
 
A moderator can stick a thead at the top of a forum for 60 days.

They also can unstickify any thread before the days are up...
