huh? the one with the "penis" in the fruit juice? that ended up being a growth of some sort. that the one?

even if it was just a growth.. it would still be interesting to find out what happened.... Do you thinkn coke would actually reach some kind of settlement for this? for how much $$? How would prove that the thing in your coke was actually there when you opened it, and not something you dropped in there after the fact to get some money.

if it's the juice thing, they sent it in for an autopsy and it came back as some sort of bacterial (i think) growth. wasnt a big deal, told the guy he would be fine. iirc, they had no idea what caused it.
