What happened to the Guru3D site?

Title says it all. The site used to be at www.guru3d.com, but its gone now.

Used to be a great source for drivers and other utilities.

Noticed that here too. (bummer, I liked that one)

I've seen some others disappear too , I think some may have ended contracts at the first of the year

Guru shut down a couple weeks ago. Couldn't afford to keep it running

That is a shame. Was one of the better sites around.
Anyone know of a site of the same (or better) caliber.?

I ended up here when I was looking for a newer RivaTuner.... haven't really poked around it much....

edit: looks like a decent spot if you know what you want to dl, but not much editorializing/evaluating or the like....

I posted it here a day before they went down, they lost there web host and the main man running the site diidn't have time in his life to keep the site up anymore plus burnout too.

Ah well, I suppose we'll at least still have ReactorCritical, but it lacks the kind of reviews that Guru3d did.
