Interesting... Around 9:35 I got a PS2 bundle page from the original promo link (the one that said avail Oct. 26 12:00 EST). Hit refresh again on my other computer (had 3 computers next to me refreshing ) and still showed the same "wait page". Wonder if they like put the actual link up for a few seconds and replaced it with the wait page again.
