What happened to my Win2k??? HELP!

So I'm surfing in IE6 today when IE decides to freeze up...CTR-ALT-DEL to bring up task manager...everything looking normal so far....until it isn't killing the process, so I CTR-ALT-DEL again and pull up the task manager again...and now I no longer have the Properties tabs, Applications, etc, no minimize close etc. tabs on the Task Manager window.

This is after a cold boot.
What's up with that?

Any ideas...everything else seems to be working fine still.
 
It happened because you told it to.
You must've accidently double-clicked it when the system was acting up.
