Why did companies stop producting GeForce Fx 5800(non ultra)? is it because its OLD or any other problem??

Are there any other know problems or cons in GeF FX 5800 (non ultra- small fan) model????]

Nobody bought them. A comparable card is an overclocked FX5700 Ultra, but for the money I'd get a 5900 or 5900XT\SE. If you're willing to go ATI, the 9800 Pro is also in that price range.
