What happened at the X-File Finale???

I saw the first of the two episode finale....but I was away on a paintball trip on the 2nd episode.
Can someone tell me what happened? details would be nice.

Scully had the baby, and was allowed to keep it. Mulder kisses her at the end. The baby was a boy, which she named "William" after Mulder's father. Krychek (sp?) was the one who died.

She asked Mulder to become a donor so she could be artificially inseminated. There was a scene earlier in the season where she was crying on Mulder's shoulder because it was her &quot;last chance&quot; and it didn't take (remember, he saved the frozen tube of her eggs a couple seasons ago). Either it did take and she didn't know it or Chris Carter decided we really don't need to know how she actually got pregnant, since it's cooler for him to allude to the whole virgin birth thing.
